Sox fans west would be the ones close to the city, probably 290 west to 294 south.

Trust me, south and west of downtown is mainly Sox fans. They have all of the SW suburbs east to Michigan.

Sure they do, much of it is based on the community they are in. People get treated different in Lawndale vs Lincoln Park.

The Sox fan base is very blue-collar.

They have a decent sized base. The problem is the Cubs have a Midwest fanbase. In the city itself, there may be more Sox fans.

My brother saw him last month at the White Sox - TB game. He was walking thru the concourse and few recognized him.

Kenny did what he had to do and won a title his way. He held them back 5 years with the rebuild on the fly. He was never trading with the Cubs on a deal this big. It's a win/win, both got what they needed.
