    who/how do wepay? Im going to Shanghai in like 30 minutes so will be on a plane for the next 30 hours. Then taking connecting flight to Cebu. (In China I have no idea if Paypal works. I would guess not lol, place doesnt even have Google) So will be mia for the about the next 20-30 hours.
