  1. Looks like because as a spokesperson for Coke, she was unable to perform at a Pepsi sponsored event,. https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/articles/features/why_taylor_swift_hasnt_played_the_super_bowl_halftime_show-146603
  2. Pretty sure she’s never wanted to. She’s done the National Anthem at World Series game.
  3. Surely you’ve heard this one Mike.
  4. When Kanye was so obnoxious to Taylor, even Obama weighed in.
  5. Fast forward to pop..probably her biggest song.
  6. 15 years ago…when she was still “country.” 1 billion + views
  7. She’s a billionaire, so I would hope not.
  8. BTC has been dying since $2.00. Who knows, maybe someday there will really be a nail in the coffin, but impossible to predict and I’m not too worried. #BTC
  9. ETF approval was a sell the news event. FTX sold a bunch of their holdings in GBTC after approval, Terraforma labs filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy yesterday. We have been here before. Mt Gox, FTX, Ongoing China FUD. Every time it feels like it won’t recover.
  10. Yep. They are everywhere, especially certain times of year..
  11. Scan the barcode. My first scan was Sugar Free Red Bull—39/100 “poor” No surprise there. I’ll give it a shot today. Cool concept, just not sure I’d stick with it, or take their suggestions.
  12. I’m not sure what you mean by parenting plan. If you mean formal custody agreement awarded after a custody hearing, she doesn’t need one, she already has presumptive custody. Filing doesn’t change that unless accompanied by a granted TRO or the like. The cops may not be able to take him, esp on a weekend, but there is no way in hell son gets to keep him more than a few days, much less til May, if they get a lawyer and/or go to the courts. And again, will not look good during the actual custody hearing.
  13. You are putting too much emphasis on the word “filing.” one more.
  14. lol ok. I have my own fish to fry. GL.
  15. No. When you file for divorce, you aren’t divorced. Your son does not have any rights until court signs off and that will be months from now. You try this, she will get kid back and not allow your son any custody til May. . And it will be considered in court guaranteed that he is a risk to take and keep the baby if given custody.
  16. Exactly!!!! Because there is no order, the mother LEGALLY has custody. If she has chosen to let him have him every other week, great, but can be revoked by her at any point with no order. Court will likely give him at least partial…father’s rights are huge these days, but it’s not automatic. It starts out in favor of mom.
  17. Focus only on the first paragraph. I understand your anger and frustration but I just want you do have things done correctly even if it means sucking it up for a while now til things can be handled correctly thru the courts. This one isn’t specific to Washington like the other one, but maybe it conveys better. However everything I’ve read indicates it holds true for Washington.
  18. You’re right when THE COURT DECIDES. Until then…oh well..I’m beating a dead horse. As a decade long paralegal,I would like to think I know a little something about how the courtsystem works. You’re seeing the big picture and not the one in place now. It’s like a person being free on bail until her court date and then things will be decided.
  19. Then he has the right to seek custody and will likely get in court (see blip above…if this is established then they can CREATE A PATH I.e. get the proper court docs in order which you’ve done) ,,., but until then, mother has the sole custodial right. If they had been married at time of birth, he would have equal right to custody immediately l. Because they weren’t, there are some hoops to jump thru. PLEASE at least make a phone call to a family law attorney before doing something that could jeopardize his rights in the future.
