I wouldn't argue with your limited scope of examples, but you need to open up a bit and expand your cinematic knowledge. It's also hard to compare a narrative to a documentary. 1973 and 1974 gave film arguably it's two greatest gambling films and characters laying the odds. And 2015 gave us a real good indie gambling film. Robert Altman's class, "California Spit." Elliot Gould nailed his roles as Charlie Walters in humor and the mentality of a gambler. Hey Joe - I'm around... just been crazy busy. I'm putting the final touches on the film and getting ready to start filming my next movie. You must be giddy about the Vols. Things are looking up in Knoxville!

Hi Joey - It's the million dollar question right now. There's still a lot of moving parts and I have a lot of meetings over the next month. I know we'll definitely be available on iTunes, Amazon, Google, etc. We'll have bonus content, audio commentaries, and artwork menu thru a purchase on iTunes. The television is the unknown entiity right now and a possible limited theatrical release. The subscription (Netflix and Hulu) will come a year after it becomes available to buy and rent. There's still a chance we could be looking at a December 2015 release or early 2016.
