Optional basically admitting to having a case/clear evidence but then making excuses that are unrelated to the case.

SBR justifying theft by an A rated sbr book by saying "You were banned by sbrforum (which was because of being drunk and just saying some inappropriate shit on the forum) You didn't follow what we told you to do! (Which is bullshit because I filed like 20 reports because they were not responding to me for weeks) And then finally saying I was badgering staff (I contacted them on live chat on sbr a few times to see what I can do since it seemed like they weren't trying to help me. Inquiring on live chat for 5 minutes regarding the case is not "badgering" it's what anyone would do if 2-3 weeks went by and no progress/update was made)

I provided proof/filed many disputes with sbr regarding GTbets shorting me $215.74 on payouts and they basically said "You got banned from the forum for talking shit so you deserve it" I provided proof that they shorted me twice totally $15.74 and sbr did nothing about it.

I would contact the general if I could. I got banned from sbrforum for calling someone some not so nice things when I was blacked out drunk.

Also isn't it GTBETS responsibilty to notify the player if they have specific rules when I depositted? They did not even tell me what my rollover was. There was no transparency here. I have depositted with this book and taken a bonus before and lost my whole deposit doing similar big bets and was never refunded for those "too high of wagers" This is playing both sides of the fence.

Optional is defending GTbets across the street... makes me sick. It's the sportsbooks responsibility to follow their own rule and set the players limits according to what they deem acceptable. GTbet's system contradicted their own rules by allowing players to bet over their limit and then once it didn't go in GTBETS favor they confiscated winnings. I 100% did not know. I am not a professional i'm down a shit ton lifetime. I've played at many shops with bonuses and have never heard of anything close to this nonsense. Books like HRwager who wanted to limit risk kept my limits at $500ish.... It's the books responsibility to set the limits at what they deem acceptable. This is a very simple case to solve.

I never cashed out of gtbets even to this day. I busted out the remainder of my balance besides this ammount stolen. I am not a professional. I have depositted multiple times and never came close to winning/cashing out. This whole "never lost" thing I don't know where you got that from.
