They were the most incompetent bunch of fucks, and I cursed them out on the phone when they said there was nothing they could do to help me. But they also stole the points I had accumulated up to that point. * When I was beating them on 1H/2H lines, first they limited me, then they started ghost moving lines 1/2 point on me every time I tried to place a wager. When I continued to play them anyway and still win, they started ghost moving lines a full point every time I tried to place a wager. * Limited me to $25 in NHL after only a handful of $100 bets. * Caught them grading winning (but close) prop bets as losses on a few different occasions that didn't seem like they were going to be auto-corrected unless I contacted them about it. * On my last payout request that zero'd out my account, they slow payed me for over a month before I got it (normally a 1 day payout method). Pretty awful experience, which is pretty funny because they promote themselves as a book for "professionals", and all that happened to me despite never making a single wager over a few hundred dollars. If I sent from blockchain I could find it but at the time I used either Armory or Bitcoin core. It's not like it was a huge amount. It was around $100 and the bottom line is OWI refused to acknowledge they received the bitcoin I sent and wouldn't make any effort to try and straighten things out.
