Where do you rank North Dakota State, if at all, with AP voting rights?

Do these guys have any plans to move up to FBS? I think the real problem is that they aren't competitive in other sports, so it's hard to see a conference taking them in. But if ODU and Texas State and such can move up, then these guys should. A ND guy told me once, a few years back, that they're the national team of North Dakota.

I'd probably put them in them in the mid to high 60s. As hard as it is to believe, this team is actually much worse from last year. They were so dominant the previous 2 seasons because of how strong their O-line is + how dominant their defense was. This year, their O-line isn't as strong and their defense isn't as good (although they are still one of the best in FCS).

FARGO U............most cfb fans have no idea NDSU located there..

NORTHERN IOWA in Cedar Falls.

Big tussle involving these two in a few weeks, NDSU top 25 and #1 FCS ranking will probably be on the line when they cross the state lines into IOWA.

NDSU will visit UNI this coming Saturday, NDSU will come in to the game ranked #31 in the AP Poll and sporting an impressive 33 game winning streak!!

Actually, NDSU needs to move up to a bigger conference. MWC would work. They are too good for where they are at. And could get better at a higher level.

Speaking of Northern Iowa - look at how they made a splash in college basketball! It is a little harder to do in football.

Like NDSU, it's hard to make a splash at the FCS level.......Northern Iowa has had a solid football program for many years now, this is probably the only minor road block remaining on the Bisons schedule in their quest for another undefeated season.

Last week UNI beat previously unbeaten Illinois State, in the process, they moved up to 17th in the FCS poll
