they have decriminalized it in toledo already

its a joke its still illegal

btw i dont smoke it.

i would much rather have a person under the influence of weed driving compared to alcohol.

Great habit for a middle schooler to pick up too. Most don't have kids here, but if my kid smoked it and I found out I'd go after the dealer and finish him off.

These things always go the same way. Will be on the ballot again and get closer and closer until it eventually passes. I'm pretty much an arch-conservative and even I believe the time has come to essentially decriminalize certain aspects of marijuana and the usage of.

As long as it's a private enterprise product and not under the auspices of any state/federal government I see legalization as a good thing all around.

true. However i am not condoning driving under the influence of anything. If it passed it would be the same rules as alcohol must be 21 to purchase, can't drive under influence etc..bottom line people who are going to use weed are going to do it whether its legal or not. Same goes for sports betting.

It just makes sense to eliminate the black market in both and make it taxable and help the economy by creating jobs and bringing in tax dollars. I find it very hypocritical the same people who claim weed is the devil go home and drink beer/wine/ liqour often to the point of intoxication. People forget alcohol used to be illegal too. The only reason people justify drinking is b/c its legal. And if you compare weed vs alcohol the alcohol is much more harmful to your body.

Its crazy that you could go out today and buy yourself a bottle of bacardi 151 and AR-15 semi-Automatic Assault rifle (both of which can be very dangerous if not used responsibly) but you can be thrown in jail in some states for a harmless medicinal flower that god created for a reason.
