KingRevolver
He lost his court case in London today. Ivey said, "I believe that what we did was a legitimate strategy. We did nothing more than exploit Crockfords' failures to take proper steps to protect themselves against a player of my ability." I can't say I disagree with him. joeybagadonuts
Whoreshit decision, imo. I agree with exactly what he said. I believe that every case of edge sorting thus far that has been tried in NV, the casino has LOST the case.
spankie
I hope Ivey goes in with a bulletproof vest and an assault rifle and unloads at least 250 rounds. Why? I want to see the pain unleashed.

That's what Cory told EZStreet when they stiffed him over 40 thousand.

KingRevolver
Unfortunately, for him, every casino in the world will keep a close eye on him every time he steps into their casino.
WVU
If he had some kind of inner dealings with the card manufacturer and he very well could have, then he didn't deserve to be paid. The casino should have to pay him at least a 25% stupid tax though.

LCD
No sympathy at all. Massively self-absorbed egomaniac who was in the perfect place at the perfect time for the poker boom. It's interesting that the same person who never had a losing year at Full Tilt when he was the insiders' insider now seems to have trouble making money playing high stakes online poker. He's been left behind or maybe lost something he should never have had. He lost 2.4 million in 2013. I'm too lazy to add it all up but, for example, he lost over 400K in less than 2500 hands in March of this year. So times got bad and he just tried an angle shoot like a thousand other hustlers only he's famous and it was for a lot of money so it's okay. He's a cheater. Everyone knows (or should know) the odds of every game in a casino. If you go into a casino and play a game you're accepting that the casino has an advantage. If you don't like it don't play and if you do, don't whine about it. Edge sorting is cheating. He hired a better cheater to do it with him since he sucked at it. Oh wait. I looked it up. He's down over 5.1 million at Full Tilt under his Polarizing name. Very good live tournament player but at the rate he's going No Home Jerome is going to be bum hunted just like Mr. Hansen. joeybagadonuts
He's still up 14+ million online all time JUST IN HIGH STAKE CASH GAMES. Think about that? Lots of the HS mixed games weren't even tracked till the last 4 or 5 years. Also has 21m in live cashes No way will he go the way of GUSTAV. LCD
What is Hansen at $20 million now? I'm just saying Ivey appears to have been left behind and this is just another case of a guy cheating getting a pass by a community because he's good. Another person edge sorts and he's a lowlife. Ivey does it and he's a baller. You know what I'm talking about as a Giants fan with Bonds. Joey you remember how respected Lederer and Ferguson were in the mid 2000s. Ivey was in business with them and I still don't understand why he gets a freee pass. He and Gus made a shit ton of money. I just don't trust any of those Full Tilt clowns. Lookie at E-Dog. Clonie was motherfucking right!

Guest ChrisHarvard
Just reading some comments, not really analyzing them I see some Full Tilt references... didn't the DOJ seize Full Tilt in 2011? I do not play poker online or track poker sites. I was just thinking, are they back or something? I thought they got hit hard along with PokerStars. LCD
My favorite individual in the celebrity poker world. Just the best. It's hilarious that in the trifecta of things that launched the poker boom (Moneymaker, WPT with cards visible, and Rounders) he has to be the "sap" in the last one. 10 times the player Johnny Chan is. Probably the greatest live tournament player ever. And he doesn't get the exposure he deserves because the retard poker media just follows around attention whores like little kids at a clown show.
