KingRevolver
I don't care how rich he is, you know he was doing cartwheels when the Broncos ended the game with a Pick 6.

WVU
Do you think they give him a free drink ticket when he puts in a wager like that?
FISHHEAD
Do you think they give him a free drink ticket when he puts in a wager like that? I've never seen a Cantor drink ticket......but they do have discretionary comps one can use for food/drink.
WVU
Would cantor take a bet that large from anyone or just money weather?

yisman
I would've guessed he was betting Denver just from his style I wonder how much he lost this weekend. At least he won one game
Guest ChrisHarvard
Probably from many...... In NFL or in any sport? They take his action because it's good publicity. Harrahs would not take more than $400 on first five innings from me. Sometimes they would take up to $500. And they don't know me from Adam. If Floyd wanted to bet first five I know they'd take it at any amount. And before Fish says anything snarky, yes only $400-500 limit on first five. I used to walk from Flamingo, to Bills, to Ballys in that order placing $400-500 on first five because they wouldn't take $1500 at a time on FF. Am I lying? Guest ChrisHarvard
Books wouldn't take 1500 on FF but they will take 800k from any random joe? I disagree.

SUPERMAN 23
How many years from now do you think he will be a greeter at Cantor ? I say 7 after retiring.
KingRevolver
He's trying to set himself up as a promoter. If it works out for him, he'll be fine unless the company goes under. But if he has a few bumps in the road, he could get himself in trouble because of his spending habits. My guess would be that the amount of money that he goes through in one month is around $5 million.... and that's probably on the low side. They had bets on Federer and McIlroy to win majors when they were kids, should be able to bet Mayweather will be broke. He runs through a huge amount of money each month and he's illiterate. Same thing happens every time. They retire, and quickly run through whatever savings they had. Within a few years, they're whoring themselves out Canseco-style.
