Brayden11
List the best bang for your buck locals hotel off strip. Coming in for March Madness, week 1 and looking for a place Wednesday and Thursday night. I've stayed at Orleans and South Point and not wanting to return although I do like their race and sports book but would like to try something different. I've looked at Red Rock, GVR and M but too expensive for those dates. I'm staying at the Wynn Friday thru Monday and I'd rather stay there for the same price as the 3 I've mentioned. Anything else out there worth staying at off strip and not downtown? TIA.
Sol Diabler
If Red Rock, GVR, and the M are out. And you have already stayed at The Orleans and South Point... Then I would say try Sunset Station or Silverton. -FH- will most likely recommend the hotel formerly known as Aliante Station. I have never been, so cant comment on Aliante. I would take his word that it is nice though.
Brayden11
I looked at Sun Coast and might end up staying there since there are a couple golf courses nearby and the price is right. Unless the place is dump and from what I've seen at their site and reviews I've read, it doesn't appear so. Diabler, have you ever stayed there? FISHHEAD
You mentioned bang for your buck......thus I would choose Suncoast on the west side and Green Valley on the east side, both very nice hotels with good sports numbers and good comps with their slot card on machines. Dire Straits
Don't stay at Element down by South Summerlin. Decent rooms but it's dead down there. Suncoast is probably your best bet. Good golfing over there.

Good golfing over there. If over 50' Suncoast has a great offer on WEDnesdays.....do a card swipe and win up to 50x pts up to 10,000 base points earned........50x adds 5% to a payback, 30x adds 3%.........great play!!! Chances are it will be less than 30x........got fortunate last week and received 30x on my swipe.
Bagiant
I'd try the Silverton if I were you. Usually have good slot club offers and good food in all restaurants.
Brayden11
Thanks Bagiant. I'm taking a look at Silverton now. The price is reasonable and looks nicer than Suncoast. I know you're a big fan of the place back from the LVA forums. How's the sportsbook and pool at Silverton?

FISHHEAD
At Silverton practically daily, good choice on a variety of fronts.
