Bump City
Made a neapolitan style pizza. 1/2 with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and shredded mozzarella. The other half I put pepperoni, soppresata, onions. Basil sprinkled over entire pizza. Jane Taylor

Bump City
other than being burnt, looks pretty goodsupposed to cook that style with a little char on the crust. Can actually say I did that by design, not by teddy style. Goes well but agree it looks darker in the photo (the crust) than it does in person for some reason. The soppresata is excellent on a pizza. Thought you took a pic of someone else’s work!Hahaha nah I did cook it in one of the prep kitchens at my work today. I work in a large office building dedicated to our company - it's a restaurant group and catering company. There are two catering test kitchens in the building. That wasnt my house this time. I dont own a 50k oven lol. But it was for me and made by me. Made everything last night and took it to work today to make/cook for lunch. So good eye on the line not being my house.
