Dude, I've seen a couple of those Chef shows on TV/Netflix and I've read Bourdain's famous book...

That shit sounds way too stressful.

it supposed to be one of the most high stress jobs, not to mention being cramped in a small space..

Super Size Keto friendly taco salad for Monkey. I was surprised at the number of carbs in a taco seasoning pack, so made my own with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and a small pinch of cayenne. Looks like the brand name packets throw in some filler with theirs.

Shreds, 90/10 ground beef, taco seasoning, cheese, pace picante, jalapenos, and cholula.

Rick is very well known. I have one of his books. He also had a very popular food show on pbs. I don't think I ever put 2 and 2 together that they were brothers.

yep, he seems to be the polar opposite of his opinionated dbag brother as well...

I have tried a few of his products at the store and they are all very good.

Pizza tonight but not neapolitan style as I was at home. Fennel sausage and basil. Dough didnt ferment long enough. It was good but could have been yeastier and it was a little sweet. Good texture though. 20 hours ferment, needed more.

Went to the SF Moma and decided to eat at the restaurant. Pretty good though don’t really think they are worth of the Michelin Star they have.

It’s supposed to look like that. It’s based on a famous Italian guys dish.

It’s called “oops I dropped the lemon tart”

Serious question here as I have never eaten Michelin fancy food, where do you start when you eat that, just chop off an end and eat it with the stuff underneath? Are the stars edible? Leaves?

Yes. You just cut off the end and eat w all the stuff underneath . The leaves were wasabi marshmallows.

Lobster is coated in a wasabi panko crumb

I’d try all of it. Sure it was good.

Almost every time I pay big money for a meal I regret it.

And I always do my research to make sure the place has great reviews. The experience is what you pay for I guess.

Give me bone-in ribeye at the local grocery store on sale. It’s just as good if prepared right.
