BarryRunSome Posted July 22, 2018 Report Share Posted July 22, 2018 Wife lunch.Kitchen sink fried rice. Sausage, Canadian bacon, egg, sweet corn, onion, carrot, basil, cilantro and pomegranate seeds. I wanted the balance the salty of the bacon and sausage (very salty) with the sweet of the onion, corn, and pomegranate seeds. I also put some lime to cut it all. A little garlic and butter in the pan to start. I don't think I ever put 2 and 2 together that they were brothers. Wow. Did not know this. Mind blown. Seen Rick Bayless on plenty of cooking shows and read a book by him.
