Felt good when doing it. I’m satisfied with 16-8 but I shoot for 17-7. And (1) 24 hour fast per week. Although you can probably do that once every other week. I skip dinner on fridays and just go to straight hard liquor. You wanna make sure you get your body into autop h a g y if you do low carb and intermittent fasting the weight will fall off and bodily inflammation will just dispear. After a few months your body will be metabolically flexible and you can reintroduce a carb day with ice cream and cake or whatever you want.
