He buys shit cheap and sells it for a little mark up and makes a good buck. He mostly deals in furnishing/household items/appliances/electronics/etc. People always looking to sell, and people always looking to buy. Most people who go on Craigslist are looking not to pay much. But if someone can make a profit from selling stuff there or other websites- more power to them.
