I didn't do it, but there was a woman at a bar I used to go to(VFW), she told everyone she had cancer and needed money for treatments, they put up a donation box and raised hundreds and hundreds of $, she disappeared soon after. A couple years later she showed back up and told people she was cured.

Never did the cd thing.

When the internet was in its infancy my friend and I figured out that if we had a real credit card number , and just made a few slight changes to the last few numbers, most sites would still process it. We hit ll bean for a few dimes worth of stuff , had it delivered to my friends neighbor who was never around, and resold the clothes.

I was decent with sleight of hand tricks and bottom dealing and made easily 5 figures in cash and baseball cards before I was 18 playing home black jack games. Also knew some weirdo probably pederast who owned a card shop , we figured out all the 1989 upper deck packs were in the same place in each box. We went around the Bay Area buying only the packs with the expensive cards. Griffey getting into the hall of fame reminded me of this.

Insider traded a stock in high school. It seems the statue of limitations on this is like 5 years but since obviously others were involved I won't get into specific details but it was a nice score.

Scammed a hippie named Darrell out of 2 lbs of weed. Told him I got robbed. He called and tried to collect for a while and finally gave up. Craziest part, about 2-3 years after this happened, my friend wants to order that salvia stuff and back then only place to buy is online. We find some site in Hawaii and my friends pays me to use my credit card. About 2 weeks later a package shows up. There was a little envelope inside and it's says '"hey man, saw you placed this order and all is well" fukkkin , aloha Darrell" stupid hippies

Figured out that at a local Hyatt a card I had always was able to open a certain room (8044) use to rent to kids and throw parties there. Eventually someone got caught and snitched me out. No charges against me thankfully.

baseball card story reminds me of how i got mentioned in beckett trading card magazine

1993 stadium club came out with "first day issue" cards... i got the bright idea to take a razor and shave off the square from a common ($5 or so) and put them on nolan ryan and other top-tier ones ($400).  pressed into a hard case they were completely unnoticeable unless/until people opened the cases and really looked, then beckett put out a warning that there were counterfeit first day issue cards in the midwest  :laugh

looking back i probably could've quickly sold hundreds of those at card shows

I shouldn't tell u guys this because it's an easy trick and I'm afraid some of u will try it......

Cut all four corners off a one dollar bill and cut one different corner off four different 20 dollar bills and glue them on the the single....

You will get caught at the store but you can buy drugs all day.....

As a young delinquent had many scams

Steal the change out of milk bottles that people put out for the milkman

My friend parents own a store and we use to open the wax pack of hockey cards take out all the good ones then seal back up with a hot iron

Go into cars and take stuff most cars were left open in those days

Those are just some but karmas a bitch I have probably had 10 times the stuff stolen from me

my friends and I would make our own '89 upper deck "error cards" by using an eraser and then re glossing the area that we erased with melted wax.  Ended up duping quite a few on that one lol.

At a local drug store they sold pricey unopened boxes of cards and my buddy and I would put $4.99 or $9.99 price tags on them and buy them for pennies on the dollar and then would re sell them at the baseball card store.  It went well until my buddies older brother wanted us to do it for him and we said no, you know how to do it, do it yourself.  Then he told their Mom, who proceeded to call my parents and the gig was up.

some might

others grow up and stop

do you think every school yard bully still goes around punching people and calling them nerds when he's 40?

trust me Mike

while this behavior may decrease as they grow older , that side of them still exist.

I know people from high school who were crazy as fuck back then that try to come across as professional "changed mature people"

but i dont buy it. I dont trust these people any further than i can see them

I just find it kinda funny that some of Brock's biggest critics were just like him in their younger days.  You can't excuse a thieving 18 year old just because he is only 18.  Morals are usually developed much earlier in life
