Wade...Do you think it is a legit hit or do you subscribe to the magic bullet deck theory?

Create a table...higher limits so less traffic...lock others out...have the deck stacked so that after five hands of perfect logical play that a known player or agent hit the big one?

quite a few of these things are rigged, why wouldn't they be?

even mcdonald's got caught cheating for the monopoly $1 million

i knew some guys that went to different bars/strip clubs and had drawings for trips to vegas or islands. one of their cronies always "won". 50 people in a bar and one of them is legitimately gonna win $5000? not likely. just like it's not likely that someone is winning $150k from a place that could rig it

Of course it was going to happen eventually. When I was playing over the past few months, I saw 7 of diamonds and 7 of diamonds dealt to players at least 5 times. And I didn't play that often.

One of those times was really strange. I was of course counting cards and obviously counting the 7 of diamonds (6 in all). Well in one deck we saw a bunch of them early. Actually we saw 4 of them. Then near the end of the dealt shoe one player got 7 of diamonds and another 7 of diamonds. The guy was betting around $250 per hand I believe. Dealer had a 4 I think. Well the guy clicked split. The floor almost didn't let him split because he informed the player that he shouldn't split. The player still said split em. Floor wouldn't budge......Finally the player or someone else at the table said that we had already seen 4 other 7 of diamonds in that shoe. Floor still didn't do anything for another 2 minutes without getting absolute approval about 5 times from the player

At the local casino near our house, we had a bad beat jackpot in poker of around $465,000. To hit the BB you needed quad 5's beaten. Of course everyone has to play both hole cards, but that was an incredible amount of time to have not hit the BB. It was building from $100,000 for about 5 months before it was hit.

Then the bad beat was hit again twice within 30 days

About a year ago at a casino in Joliet IL, there was a bad beat poker jackpot of 350k, only needing quad 2's to be beat. The best part is, they only had like 3 total tables going at once, even at peak hours (all 1-2 NL). I spent hours playing there with a friend of mine at another table, figuring that when this thing gets hit, there's a decent chance we are at the table when it happens. Of course it got hit when we weren't there. But that was definitely a +ev opportunity. We made very decent money just in the hours playing waiting for the jackpot to be hit.

Strange thing about the 450,000 jackpot that I was talking about for 6 months was that this was a 25 table poker room and after it was at $250,000 at least 15-25 tables were full everyday with at least 5 tables going all night long and still no one hit it
