For me it's all about speed and how stiff the drink is, although I know that's not really her job to advocate for me most of these servers have good relations with the bartenders. Usually if you look out for them they will look out for you. Unless of course, you're anywhere besides the great state of Nevada. At New Orleans Harrahs they have a machine selection and you must pay for your liquor unless it's well shit. Sick! and crazy. People love New Orleans and other than the gulf, the music, the girls, the drugs, the wild ass parties...I just don't get it. I have to pay for a bourbon to play slots?
