In the first episode, they basically just recapped everything, and there wasn't much advancement in the plot. And then in the second episode, they seem to jam-pack everything and had too much going on. They should've spread it out a little better... used stuff from episode 2 in episode 1. LOL No one is questioning him coming back from the dead. We want to know why he is back and if it has any effects. Everyone on the show just just automatically interacts with him like he was never dead. Yes it is a mythical world but do people just come back from the dead like its every day occurrence? Ser Davos asked him if he was the same, I think, or maybe it was the head wildling. I'm sure we'll get more answers as we continue the season.
