FISHHEAD
They now need considerable help, even if they were to win out from here. They are now an underdog to make the playoffs, even if they were to win out, not so a few days ago. Still lots of football with upsets still looming, they do still have a twinkling of optimism. FISHHEAD
Look on the bright side, their chances are twice as good as Georgia now. :)

Guest boatboatboat
TCU loss would have helped a great deal. Man WVU handed that to them 5 turnovers on the TCU side of the field.
FISHHEAD
TCU loss would have helped a great deal. Man WVU handed that to them 5 turnovers on the TCU side of the field. That win was hardly a factor.......Navy upsetting ND would have been a huge feather in your tractor. TCU was hurt just as bad and probably worse than the Buckeyes with the results, If both win out, Ohio State has a better chance than TCU of making the playoffs. Guest boatboatboat
navy and ND was never in doubt WVU beat TCU every place but on score board. TCU wins out, they have a GREAT shot at being in. They lose that game, they are out. HUGE factor for MSU or OSU if they win out

FISHHEAD
This is precisely why Ohio State has a better shot than TCU if both win out.......TCU plays nobody after next week, Ohio state will have at least a decent final opponent in the conference title game, and both teams will be very even in the rankings when and if both win out, but the Buckeyes play in a conference title game...............the Buckeyes need the Cornhuskers to not lose. The last 3 opponents for TCU.......Kansas, Iowa State, and and Texas........LOL The Big 12 having no title game is a huge disadvantage for them. FISHHEAD
?........... both teams will be very even in the rankings when and if both win out, but the Buckeyes play in a conference title game. If, and this is a semi-big IF........Ohio State and TCU both win next week, Ohio State and TCU will be basically even in the polls, with TCU having zero quality opponents remaining, thus the reasoning OSU in a better position than TCU if both win out. FISHHEAD
As a Buckeye fan, one should be hoping Minny knocks off Iowa next week also, making Minny a better quality opponent for OSU after their game at MSU......all this is meaningless if OSU does not upset Sparty. Guest boatboatboat
MSU will win. An injured freshman QB with no ability to run on the road against a team that is playing very well
FISHHEAD
MSU will win. An injured freshman QB with no ability to run on the road against a team that is playing very well TCU is also no obstacle whatsoever to MSU if they win out............they have to worry about much bigger fish. Guest boatboatboat
I disagree They put up 60-70 pts a few more times and have ZERO losses. Not sure a ZERO loss team can be kept out
wrigley
Cant see OSU getting in Mich st only team with a chance in big ten and they will need help even if they win out
FISHHEAD
I disagree They put up 60-70 pts a few more times and have ZERO losses. Not sure a ZERO loss team can be kept out Son, TCU lost to Baylor. They are no obstacle for MSU or OSU if they win out, or even Nebraska for that matter.
