He made a horrid HC hire, but he realized it and was gonna hire a competent guy this time. He infused massive talent to that team. Dorsey was righting the ship and would've brought in more talent and got the coaching taken care of. Wonder what owner Haslam was thinking?? He pulled the plug way too fast . Now there is rumors heating up that Dalton might be traded and the team that is supposedly showing interest is Chicago. I think that either Dalton or Cam Newton goes to Chicago this year.
