I have suspicion that FH's alcohol use makes myself & kolzig look like choir boys

i quit it. got some blood tests back and have a fasting glucose of 100. thats prediabetic. all over for me now

alcohol raises your blood sugar like crazy especially with pop as a chaser.i get very sick and shacky wen i drink so i just quit i cant handle it.its been about 3 months.eeeeewwww shit suks
