KingRevolver
There's no studs behind the exact spot I want to place the TV. Thing came with some plastic wall inserts, but there's no way in hell that's going to hold it. What can be done?
SUPERMAN 23
should be a stud every 16 inches on center.

Dingo
don't know how handy you are but I would cut a perfect 24"x 24" square out of the drywall do so carefully as you are gonna replace it back. Now you can see how the wall was built.Place studs (backing)where you need them then replace the drywall you cut back on.Mud the joints and your done. Bad advice here. You would essentially make an 8 foot butt seam.

KingRevolver
BTW, I ended up buying some togglers and wing toggles. We should be good, unless the whole drywall comes down. Thanks, fellas.
