Sweden is destroyed? Do you want me to pull up the info showing it's not destroyed. In the meantime let's just go with this: 1. Fox News airs a short piece last Friday by Tucker Carlson in which he interviews a filmmaker named Ami Horowitz about a documentary he made saying there is a crisis of violence in Sweden due to Muslim immigrants. He gets a large number of things wrong in the piece, the most important of which is there is no crisis of violence in Sweden. He also gets basic facts and figures wrong but whatever. 2. Trump who, as Timely pointed out, apparently likes to watch a lot of TV when he's not on vacation, does what he always does, and watches the piece when it airs. Since he doesn't read intelligence assessments then he's just going to go with a Youtube documentary made by a guy who doesn't know anything about what he's reporting about. But Horowitz hates Arabs so it's a promising start. 3. Trump goes to Florida for a campaign rally. The fact that he is President and he doesn't need to campaign any more and the wheels are coming off the bus he is not really driving doesn't dissuade him from the very important task of getting cheered on by a large group of nitwits who also don't read and aren't interested in facts. 4. Trump then talks about "last night in Sweden". He didn't really mean last night. He really means he was watching TV last night and he saw the piece by Carlson interviewing Horowitz who makes shit up. Since all Trump seems to be able to do is watch a lot of TV and it doesn't matter if the shit is made then it makes sense that this shit just all runs together. 5. What was not part of the Fox piece that Trump took at face value is that Horowitz is considered a "madman" by the people he interviewed who are also extremely pissed that what he presented was taken out of context. Among other things Horowitz made up a story that he was beaten by Arabic men in Stockholm when he was visiting a "no-go zone" during the making of this documentary. I have no idea what a "no-go zone" nor do the Swedes, because they don't exist. Horowitz admitted that people in Sweden don't agree with him and his agenda. They only live there. He's a shitty made up Youtube journalist who hates Arabs so he must be right. The immigration figures in the piece were wrong. And uh...again...Sweden's economy is booming. 6. Because there is no crisis of violence in Sweden (only in the mind of Horowitz, Trump and Teddy!) the Swedish government goes WTF. Trump does not confer with any of his foreign policy staff. He doesn't read anything about the actual situation in Sweden. He doesn't talk with the Secretary of State. So with no additional input from anyone who knows what they're talking about. Trump then doubles down on Monday posting on Twitter (which is probably the best vehicle to interact with the legion of retards who like him because it keeps the numbers of words down and you get to use exclamation points!!): "Give the public a break. The FAKE NEWS media is trying to say that large scale immigration in Sweden is working out just beautifully. NOT!" Unfortunately this is NOT true. Sweden is considered one of the best places to live in the world. In these things you always follow the money. So while Trump and foreign policy experts like you are against IMMIGRATION! STOP IT NOW!, these companies realize that Trump's ban will fuck us over: So they filed an amicus brief in opposition to Trump's executive order. If you look closely then you will see companies run by people who backed Trump.
