Sounds like Wynn may be up for sale.  MGM may make a run at it, likely to fold it into their REIT MGP.

In a HUGE +EV slot tourney at WYNN end of month..........$6500 entry INVITATIONAL

That would be sickening.  Vegas needs less consolidation.  Not more.

Joey Slats Fencing was sold for $600,000, which was subsequently flipped for an Italian deli that is currently struggling.

Corbin Electric closed up shop and left several unpaid bills behind.

Big things are still coming up the pipe here at BAUSsports.

This is great news.

I remember back in the day there were rumors of Jack Corbin, president of Corbin Electric driving the fucking company van into the river to try and collect insurance money.

I never heard what happened with that. Crazy shit.

That's actually a Boston area casino project. Not the Vegas Wynn.

Wynn is a public company.  Can't just put it up for sale.

The Cosmopolitan is getting sold.  Layoffs and belt-tightening last month or so.

Rumored buyer is Hard Rock International.

The Cosmo not as hip now.  It was like one of those popular clubs.  Once the Joey's of the world get tired of it-- that's it.  On to the new place!

it’s probably at its apex and will soon be on its way down. I still love the place and it’s plenty hip for me.

When I went there last, I can’t believe you would like it. It was catered to the Emos of the world, unless you are into Panic at the Disco.

Long live SP Nation!!!

Pinball Museum going to close current location.

Supposedly reopening on the Strip in a couple years.

Call me skeptical.

Seems there is a little bit of negative pushback with the resort fees, paid parking, and comp tightening.

See the Caesar's earnings conference call debacle today.  Couldn't have happened to a nice group of cumdumpsters.

nobody charged resort fees at any hotels in the world until 1997

still mostly a north american thing, because many countries say it is illegal... seems like vegas started doing it about 10 years ago

not sure how the el cortez can call itself a "resort"

and some of these fees have crept up to the point of silliness, wynn/bellagio/etc $39/night resort fee
