We should know who the new guy is pretty soon. The Cromwell, which was a dumbass name from a dumbass company, is getting a name change. "Caesars Republic" is the floating name. Hard Rock in Vegas is getitng sold to Hard Rock Seminole Tribe any day now. Imminent. Nobu Hotel will be getting a name change as well. MGM announced they would be raising their parking fees. One example was valet would be raised from $18 to $24. Britney Spears' show is taking a hiatus. They will probably have to make serious concessions to get someone to take over those positions. Long term deals at bad rates to occupy spaces like Venetian/Palazzo. I have heard they pay $300,000 a month to operatethere which sounds absurd but no one at CGT has denied it. A Euro outfit would be fine as long as it's not William Hill. Stopping you from bettingover the counter when there are multiple locations to bet at is a whole different story. A lot of guys claim to be banned from William Hill. Cashman will probably be redevolped as a soccer stadium at some point. The hockey practice facility is moving along nicely in Downtown Summerlin, construction is busy. The reality of it is that they could betover the counter if they wanted to. They just want to bet on the app and can't. There are a couple of ifs there.... If you bet under the key limit ($1k or $0 for parlay cards), you might be able to get away with it for a while. But you also run the risk of getting trespassed. If they banned you and have your picture (which they have from your license if you have the app), they could still check the cameras.
