The obsession is a little over the top. I was way more into them in my younger days. I'll still buy a pair every now and then from Flight Club I do wear the black and red 11s. I'm not brand specific though. I have tons of Nikes, but also adidas, love retro converse shoes, will even wear a nice pair of lacoste boat shoes It's almost depressing to think about how much more money id have if i didnt buy all the shoes i have and just wore the same pair for a few years like some of my buddies. The chiggers run the shoe game. I buy a lot of high end sneakers and at least 90% come from either Vietnamese , Philippino, or Japanese kids.
