About 5 weeks ago, they were ranked #6 by the playoff committee. Now they are playing a basketball school in El Paso. They laid an egg last year in the Holiday Bowl against Texas Tech as 2 TD favs. From everything I have read, they are very focused for this game. They do not want a repeat of last years embarrassment. And just to add, this is QB Taylor Kelly's last game as a Sun Devil. He is perhaps the most loved Sun Devil of all time by his teammates and coaches. This has been said by numerous people. I'm sure the players want to send him out a winner. They have a lot to play for. Motivation will not be a factor. The question is... Are they 8 points better than Duke on a neutral field?
