Literally a whole shot.Yeah I took a swig directly out of the bottle the other day and didn't realize how much it was until I saw how much was gone from the bottle. It was definitely more than one or 2 tbs, which is recommended. I think it's really important to drink a lot of water with it. I have read that. Why did your wife quit drinking it?
