I suggest you eat at CUT at the Palazzo.

"CUT presents a contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse menu. In addition to steak, Executive Chef Matthew Hurley also prepares a wide array of signature entrees including the slow-cooked Indian Spiced Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, Colorado Lamb Chops and Wild French Turbot French Riviera Style for two. CUT also has a large selection of house-made sauces such as signature Argentinean Chimichurri, along with delectable side dishes such as Creamed Spinach with fried organic egg and Soft Polenta with parmesan. At the bar and lounge, guests can find a smaller menu featuring CUT’s signature appetizers such as the Mini American Wagyu Beef Sliders and Tuna Tartare Sandwiches. The extensive international wine list features more than 500 selections focusing mainly on wines from the United States, France, Italy, Spain and Australia. In addition to an emphasis on robust red wines, the list also features a strong selection of whites."

One of the top places I have experienced.

Yup. One of my favorites as well. definitely more than $100 per person if you have apps and wine/cocktails.

Yeah I think last time our bill for 3 was around $330-350 but I didn't have any wine/cocktails.

Boater I don't think they comp anything for CUT, it's for the classy people guy. Go in there and enjoy the experience. The filet mignon is unbelievable. So are their sides.

This isn't a Brock Landers frozen steak. This is the best. They make you feel like a king.

WORTH.

also take in 2-3 vegas shows. one might be on the "risky" side. What happens in vegas stays in vegas............... well atleast until I get drunk at the American legion.

spend some time in a few of the sports books.

I am sure I'll play 3 card poker one afternoon while wife p;lays nickel slots
