I had entire interior house painted last year...took down wallpaper etc.., but did not do that. Need granite countertops in kitchen probably. Those were redone onece but probably in the 80s..., need updated vanity in 2/3 bathrooms...need new carpet/ flooring ...worst part for me making decisions. I will probably die here. She redid all bathrooms, kitchen, new roof and gutters, ONLY thing dated is carpet (but to be fair it is very dated...think porno red in basement.).
