rdalert447
Take one Steak Umm, fry it in the pan on one side for thirty seconds at high heat, flip it over, lower the heat, put your preferred slice of cheese(sliced thin) on one side of the Steak Umm. Add a little BBQ sauce on top of the cheese, then flip the other half of the Steak Umm over the cheese, omelette style. Give each side another thirty seconds each. Serve on a toasted hamburger roll. White trash heaven in under two minutes....

KingKolzig
when i lived in a trailer i bought the walmart brand in bulk. would cook a weeks worth on a saturday afternoon then keep it in a bowl of tupperware and reheat it as i went on during the week. they are a pain in the ass to cook/clean so i did it all at once. when i wanted a sandwich i just plopped some meat in the microwave for 35 seconds all set good value

rdalert447
I shouldn't have GOOGLED..... [C]hopped and formed emulsified meat product that is comprised of beef trimmings left over after an animal is slaughtered and all of the primary cuts, such as tenderloin, filet, and rib eye, are removed … The emulsified meat is pressed into a loaf and sliced, frozen and packaged.
