While you are there get a players card and play about $100 in slots. After that $100 stop and in about 2 months you will get offers all year long to come back for free. I played some slots, not even very much I didn't feel. Well now i get offers every month for 4 night Hotel stay, with $200 freeplay and free buffets throughout the stay for me and up to 3 others Sure the Fremont sucks, but the free food and $200 comp each month isn't bad. Hell if I were you, if you DONT have a card at a certain casino, I would get one and play like $50-100 in slots right then and there. You might win, you win lose a little, but in about 2 months you will start getting free hotel room offers for the rest of the year. The main reason why they have to offer the rooms is because people will just go to their local casino instead of Vegas if not for the free Hotel rooms. I would estimate that at NEW YORK, about 75% of the regular rooms are comped prior to arrival. I get them since they are an MGM property and I go to the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS quite often. Fair enough, then your rooms on THIS trip will be comped and you will never pay for another Hotel room in Vegas again. I know a guy from Houston who gets his airfare comped to Vegas to stay for free at any Harrahs property.
