The team also signed WR Torrey Smith as well. In addition to that they also brought in RB LeGarrette Blount. Wentz has to progress or the whole team is in trouble. The defense will miss Bennie Logan, and the secondary had better hope Schwartz’s front can bring some pressure; the corners can be attacked. But improvement from Wentz is the key. The last two seasons have both been 7-9 back to back and Bovada has them at 8 wins this year. Once they improve they will rise in my rankings. KingRevolver
Looks like an 8-8 team to me. They won 7 last year... I think they'll win one more this year.

Now when the time comes please specify which 8 opponents they beat and the 8 they lose to. We could all use the cash, pal.
Mike75
Revolver this is GREAT information. Now when the time comes please specify which 8 opponents they beat and the 8 they lose to. We could all use the cash, pal. The Eagles will improve a bit but the tough schedule will keep them around 8-8. As far as losses at K.C. Arrowhead is tough place to play even for the best of teams,L.A. Chargers a 3,000 mile trip from one coast to another they will be tired not to mention the Chargers are top ten on both sides of the ball,Arizona is a potential loss,At Carolina this won't be easy,Denver has a top 5 defense,At Dallas and at NY Giants they will lose road games and win home ones against them. Then you have Seattle and Oakland in December. If they get lucky and snag a couple of these they could possibly end up 9-7 or 8-8. One more thing Philly were smart in the Wentz/Goff trade looking back now Wentz is clearly the better QB something the Rams will regret dearly down the road. Mike75
9-7, sneek into playoffs. Get hot and win it all. I like what the Eagles have done they have beefed up the offense with playmakers like WR's Jeffery and Smith as well as RB Blount who will be very handy in third and short situations and the defense they draft Jones/Douglas which should take care of the secondary and the front seven will include rookie Barnett and Cox/Graham are the vets that will improve the run defense. I think Wentz will really take off this year and in my division threads to come later next month i will have the Eagles finishing second in the NFC EAST with the NY Giants winning the division. The Cowboys are gonna fall back to earth in 2017 especially with all the vets that left including very important offensive linemen along with the secondary of Dallas defense which they have way too many rookies plugged into.
