PREDICTIONS FOR MINNESOTA IN 2017:

I've never quite seen a scenario like the one playing out in Minnesota right now. A few years ago the Vikes picked Teddy Bridgewater to be their new franchise QB in the 2014 NFL Draft. For all intent and purposes he looked good and was on his way to being there long term then he suffered a severe injury that put him out of football in 2016 and possibly could wipe out 2017 as well. So the team trades a first round pick for Sam Bradford who does end up setting the best 2016 completion percentage for a QB. So this offseason the team finally unloads RB Adrian Peterson one of the best of his generation. The past four years have yielded just one winning season. Bovada has the Vikes at 8.5 wins for the year.

Saints get the Vikes right out of the gate so we'll get a first-hand look at this year's team.  Hopefully, we see some put it to the old team yards from Peterson and a Saints win!

All the same it is a real shame what has happened to Bridgewater and the Vikings seem to be almost caught in limbo now as to how exactly they move forward.
