As long as it doesn't taste like flowers, it should be just fine. it's strong, but it's not as sweet as most belgiums. all tripels are going to have a bit of a booze taste to them, but I like my beers like that. It's no Fin Du Monde but it's very good. Tripel Karmeleit is another real good one; that one is a bit sweeter though than Delirium. Delirium isn't overly sweet.
