They haven't recovered, and either has Matz. They've been showing steady progress in the Mid Atlantic with this Delacour guy, but it's been tough to get a price on the outfit. Trainer Lauer had a couple of 15-1/18-1 winners a few years back, then hit the board last year at 33-1, all with very limited number of starters.
