Timely Hitting
hell of a time. i'm doing well in a $30 tourney.Winning Poker Network has been having some connection issues the past couple weeks. As long as the tournament isn't paused for over a half hour you should be fine; that's the rule I believe. Some big boy tournaments tomorrow Wade. Save your $$$$ for those. Timely Hitting
bookmaker in general down for anyone else? this is getting ridiculous. it's been a rough 2 weeks for bookmaker.
Timely Hitting
this is getting flat out absurd. every time i get deep into tournaments i get fucked by this software. and then bookmaker claims shit has been paused, but i get back and lost about 5 BB's to fold arounds. Timely Hitting
i can't log into my bookmaker account... anyone else? this crap drives me nuts. cost me possibly 10k two weeks ago, and could cost me 8+k today.

Timely Hitting
Heard HRwager has better software.lol true. i can handle losing with the best of them; taking 100000000 bad beats in my life. i can't handle shoddy software screwing me over. drives me nuts. can't even log into bookmaker to bitch about it. been 30 minutes too, which can mean i'll be paid out the same as some dope with 1/100th my stack in a big tournament. i don't grind for 5+ hours to put myself in this position so that funds can be split evenly. worst part is last time they claimed it was paused, and i get back and it wasn't paused. Timely Hitting
Just read this: Americas Cardroom @ACR_POKER 26m26 minutes ago More We are currently experiencing a DDOS attack, all running tournaments have been paused. Will keep you updated Americas Cardroom @ACR_POKER 12h12 hours ago More We're currently experiencing technical issues. All tournaments have been paused and techs are working on it. Thanks for your patience. Americas Cardroom @ACR_POKER 11h11 hours ago More The issues we are experiencing is a DDOS attack. All running tourneys that were paused have been canceled and refunded. lol, what a disaster. they are hosting one of their biggest series of the year, and can't stay online. and why does a DDOS of WPN, effect the actual bookmaker website. Timely Hitting
Americas Cardroom @ACR_POKER 26s27 seconds agoMoreat this moment, the tournaments department is canceling and refunding all tournaments as per our terms and conditions. FFF this douche bags. I'll get equal pay as people who lost. This is absurd.
Timely Hitting
I didn't even contact bookmaker, and I am going to say I'm not happy with the sites crashing in bigger events, but I will say that bookmaker refunded me over $560 for the mishap without me saying a word so for that I say bookmaker is still a stand up shop. Timely Hitting
BOOKMAKER will be getting out of the poker end of there business very soon you heard it here 1st.no clue what WPN charges them to host software but that's a weird decision given that poker is literally a license to print money with zero risk. THE FACTSMAN
Timely it would appear its a license to print moneyput the truth is it actually hurts the bottom line. factor in fraud, charge backs and the payroll on the poker end. Then the biggest issue is..........sports bettors who make a nice scoretransfer to poker and bookmaker is making pennies on the dollar in poker and if a guy wins in sports and blows it all in poker............it has become a issue. bookmakers bread and butter is sports, horses and the casino That all stays in house...............and yes technically poker is in the same houseits just a poorer neighborhood. % of players that transfer sports to poker is 95%% of players that transfer poker to sports is 5% its not worth there time and manpowerbest guess it will be done by or before jan1

Why are charge backs a bigger issue via poker than sports? They don't have a very big poker support team lol, so that can't be too much. As I said though no clue what they have to pay WPN which probably kills much of their return.

WVU
Fuck Bookmaker poker. You still can't play on a Mac. Don't they know 75% of college kids use Macs?
THE FACTSMAN
wvu..........they only kept it so the guy who occasionally plays poker doesn't have to leave the site. they could care less and p.r. i'm sure as a poker player you want to go on a true poker site not a site that is used as a convenience. kinda like a casino in vegas that makes a ton of money...........but has a small rinky dink sports book like a kiosk or fewer options. the casino keeps it there so they dont leave the tables or slots but in reality its just a headache. Pokerstars, 888poker, partypoker, titanpoker and b465/wh offer a reliable software, decent cs and fast payouts... americas cardroom takes forever to cash out, even btc, I think is 4-5 biz days (correct me if im wrong), software is shit, CS is shit, the whole experience sucks all the serious American online poker players moved to Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Panama just to name a few... they win enough money to live like kings in these countries... whoever plays at acr is not a full time player, and like timely, has a real job that provides 98% of his income

CS - it's shit. i made more money playing cards than i do at my day job which isn't a shot at my day job. some people have family and a life in the states and would rather not pick up and move. i know plenty who stayed, but also know plenty who moved. as for your last point, I agree. I doubt there are many full timers at WPN. I played the bigger events but don't really play the regular daily nonsense as it's not worth the grind for the shit guarantees.
