KingKolzig Posted October 18, 2017 Report Share Posted October 18, 2017 little trick it took me 3 years to learn dont try and lose weight right away. everyone who quits wants to shed those extra lbs and beer belly so they think they are superman and they can start a diet right away. but a diet is tough and mentally its tough. you are already in a bad mental state you need to eat as much as you want. even if you put on a few lbs the first 1-2 months thats ok its certainly worth it so many times i tried and failed sobriety because i was in starvation mode and it made my cravings insane getting some pizza hut today and going nuts. its a good move Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
