No clue how they escape those tunnels and maintain their possessions when we have our occasional violent flash floods. Worked with a guy who escaped that life and had many stories to tell, said there are a lot of aging veterans trying to survive in the tunnels. One of the guys they spoke to who lived down there had recently lost his wife or gf to a flash flood. Meth definitely involved but pretty fucked up nonetheless. Drugs and lack of personal responsibility play a big part. North Las Vegas on main and lv Blvd blowing up as tent City. They are getting fed and portapotties and mobilr showers.
