. Of course there is now! Lol...is conflicting. Of course I want it to go up, since I have more than half still in, but it’s disappointing to sell and have it turn, no winning.,,.I feel like no Mil. Mike. Impossible to time though.

my theory is that life is about minimizing potential pain, so you were pretty smart to take money off the table... if bitcoin gets to 100k you're still happy, and if it goes to 0 you're less wrecked

i often don't follow that advice though

Yup I listened to you and sold 1/4 like you suggested at a decent price. Sold another 1/4 the other day when it was soaring. Happy to have the usd and feel like not matter what I win.

I trusted monkey and got out Friday night at $13,790... i’m having a hard time buying back in $4000 higher

I sold a few also, but I got in much earlier than you, and needed to lock in some gains, and I held some, but I know sucks when you see it up another 3-4K if u went completely out. I pumped it over the summer, but won’t tell anyone now to buy now cuz I don’t know.

Did you sell at a loss or profit? Maybe buy half BTC and put half on some alt coins.

WW......trust nobody in crypto. Truth is us common folk which is 99.73% of us don't know and will never know when and why these currencies dip and bounce and anybody that says otherwise is full of shit. I've made a killing in crypto the last year in a half. The first year I was in it I constantly tried to time drops etc etc and was glued to a damn computer or phone 24/7. Crypto owned me more than I owned it. After getting my ass kicked 6 ways from Sunday I had my wife take over the non gambling crypto accounts. (she's not a gambler) We buy with loose money and NEVER touch. (this is investment money of ours and not gambling or entertainment money) She looks at it a couple times a month. People need to look years out and stop trying to squeeze every penny out of every trade. You will drive yourself crazy......trust me been there. I can say I am much happier not being tethered to a computer.

We just bought Lumens the other day at 10 cents. (was a hell of a dip) We had been waiting to get a good price on another alt and my web guy told me to pick this up. We had an extra 3k laying around and made the purchase. (bittrex) We will not touch this (for a year minimum) and ride it out for better or for worse.

Get back in the game WW and stay in the game.

Do we surpass 20,000 this week?

I would like to think so, but who knows. I invested in some traditional...RIOT Blockchain at 19.10, and that did well...up 17 percent...actually up much more I think, but that’s where I got in.

I really don’t know much about RIOT, except it has blockchain in the name so I figure people will buy into it just because of that...I did. Lol.

Excellent post!! . I am slowly trying to wean away from checking price action constantly. I had a shit ton of Stellar at like .03 ( just ran across that a couple days ago..arrrgh) i sold at a good gain, but much lower than has been running, I think Dingo owns some also. I bought in again over the weekend. Glad to see you on it also. GL!!

Yep it's a liberating experience to not have to check prices non stop. I am a degenerate gambler and know my limitations. Crypto was too much for me.....24/7? GTFO......I was up constantly checking markets getting little to no sleep a day and losing my ass. It's tough to go back and look at some of my original positions 2 and half years ago. It is what it is. I was a complete dunce and tried to "gamble" with this shit instead of invest.

Best of luck to you as well.......but truth is you can't screw it up if you just let it be and close the laptop. :cheers

I don't think I'd buy BTC right now.  Wait for a dip.  I can't be right every time.  If I was, I'd be a trillionaire.

ETH has lagged behind all of the other big boys - despite a nice day today.  That might be a place to look right now.
