IT DEPENDS ON YOUR AGE: 30-34 - 134/85 35-39 - 135/86 40-44 - 137/87 45-49 - 139/88 50-54 - 143/89 55-59 - 144/90If you are reading high, go to doctor and he will put you on blood pressure meds. Always check on line for side effects of med you are taking. If you have one of the side effects, go to doctor and tell him. There are a ton of HBP meds. For example, Linsopril side effect is a dry cough. Side effects can come with every med. The chart above might have changed a little. Ive worked in a pharmacy for 30 years.
