Chickadee Posted January 29, 2015 Report Share Posted January 29, 2015 Sometimes home court advantage favors the road team in the NBA. If a team like the Cavs or GS or LAC is playing the 76ers in Philadelphia HCA is towards the road team. I think there's a lot of parity this year which is skewing the # though this year. I think the decline can be attributed to the fact that travel is a lot easiar now then it was in the past. Ref bias is also acknowledge a bit more than in the past too.
