Organic SPINACH, KALE, and CHARDS in a lemon/olive oil/herb dressing for lunch...............also added a small cucumber.

 

DINNER/SUPPER is shaping up to probably be a nice medium/rare steak, grilled asparagus, some other quality side and will be accompanied with a glass or two of red wine, all this after my return from Mesquite this late afternoon/early evening.

 

Will probably have ONE ALASKAN AMBER in Mesquite
