All my college friends ended up scattered around there. It wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice, but it makes sense probably. Funny, I always thought it was smaller than Denver metro. Didn’t realize it was much larger.We're one of the least dense large metro areas, large sprawling suburbs stretching 30+ miles from the central cities in all directions, Edina is almost inner city nowadays(it's still an affluent area though). Other than for sporting events and a fairly hopping bar scene in MPLS, there's no need to ever go to either downtown. Several casinos within easy driving distance by the way.
