The Browns are considering drafting 2 QB's in the first round

I like Barkley a lot less than most. Maybe some of it is due to hating Penn St but not all. I think his biggest asset is his ability to return kicks, which he almost certainly won’t be doing in the NFL. To me the guy is more of a workout warrior than a great running back and I question his ability/desire to run between between the tackles. I see him as a nice player who will catch a lot of passes but not worthy of drafting that high at that position.

The Browns screw everything up, especially drafting QB’s. If I were them I would consider trading out of the #1 position to somewhere in the 7-10 range and using that pick on ND guard Quenton Nelson and filling a position of need with by far the best OL in the draft.

With their pick at #4 they can still get the best QB left on the board, which will probably include Allen, the guy they want to use the #1 pick on.

The best part about drafting 2 qb’s is you get that draft pick back on the loser between the two in a trade most likely..

Please stop. A top 5 pick for the loser out of the two? No. The Pats got a 2nd rounder for Jimmy G

If they do draft two the loser will probably be a complete bust. You couldn’t get a bag of jock straps for him

Neither Allen or Jackson are accurate enough IMO to have sustained success in the NFL. It’s a league built on completing a high percentage of your passes, and I’ve seen enough of these guys to convince me that they won’t be able to succeed at the highest level.

At least Jackson can run the rest are pure garbage

Barkley is Reggie Bush 2.0

Draft Darnold and Rosen...keep who’s ever better....trade the other for the same spot in the draft next year.....it’s a cant lose

The problem there is they will take up a lot of salary and one will never play.

Won't happen.    They should draft Barkley #1, and whatever QB is there at #4 to develop for a year or 2 behind Tyrod.   None of these QB's are even close to sure things like Barkley is.   They all have serious holes that you don't like top of the draft QB's to have.  They won't do that either, unfortunately.

Barkley will be there at 4 regardless why not, have your choice of qb at 1
