We just never learn do we What exactly do you think WE need to learn? That war is NOT necessary? There is always going to be people that gain power over other people. Many of those that do gain power, will absolutely become corrupted by that power. As Hitler or Ghenghis Khan or any other historical leader strove for world domination, the only way to save humanity from these power mad leaders was for the rest of humanity to resort to WAR.There has never been a time when humanity was at peace - and there probably never will be as long as people are human.
