Answer is NO... most all big talk, none really gonna do shit...

had one bookie that works for a recognized offshore mickey mouse shop threaten me back in 2014 lol,. 1st off settle date was 1 week after and he comes to the poker table and mentions the outstanding balance in front of everybody... like wtf is not even settle date, then my friend who introduced us tells me bookie owes him $800 and is not paying (I owed him $150)... long story short I give the $150 to my friend and tell the bookie he now only owes $650 to my pal lol... guy goes nuts and threatens me... says they really good at finding people and collecting, I lol and tell him "do your worse!"

I basically tell him if I hear one more of shit of his wrinkled pathetic ass im gonna basically kill him, not talk, not say anything more, im gonna take action and fukk him up, guy proceeds to tell me he ratted me to OIJ for threats (CR's FBI) and that I will hear from them soon and then blocks me from facebook lol...

OIJ never contacts me and I bumped into him outside the poker room, guy goes away scared before I have the chance to slap him, hilarious. GOOD TIMES.

For $150? No, any book I've ever known would barely acknowledge that sort of amount.

I always believe in paying who I owe and letting other people handle their own business.

I have a buddy who waaayy back in the day used to land big credit accounts (I’ve told this story before) and he had every intention of getting paid or stiffing, well he’d bring me along because I’d always be spouting about how I could beat the game and such and he bout into it...

We (he) stiffed a lot of books and the biggest was for 26k and the worst threat from the book was he was going to set up a lie ditector test to see if it was us who put in the bets or the 3 guys who my buddy said moved back to Russia lol

Besides that we skated on many many 5k-10k stiff jobs and I was never worried because he was the contact and if he didn’t care I didn’t care.....always thought of him as the stiff and me as just the player

I had 3 Locks and they all lost......wasn't my fault it was the interwebs

Funniest part about the 26k stiff job was that my buddy was pissed at me for not running it up to 40k and getting him out of the mess..

The account was for 20k and we maxed it but it reset (he had no idea) and I lost 6k more in casino before the bookie came asking and my buddy was confused on how it could be 26k and not 20k and when I told him he flipped out and said I should have played the other 14k to bail him out of the mess lol

I told him I was scared and he said ‘What’s the difference’ stiff for 26k or 40k it’s all the same...

Don’t know what year this was but do remember it was the title game of USC vs Texas and Vince Young

I had 3 Locks and they all lost......wasn't my fault it was the interwebs
