One thing you can always count on with Baltimore is they will always have a good defense year in and year out. However that alone doesn't guarantee success in a league that is more and more set up to favor the offense. Also QB Joe Flacco in my opinion will not be in Baltimore much longer and if Lamar Jackson plays well this year then Flacco is good as gone. As far as the schedule goes to start things off i think they have a chance to win the first three vs Buffalo,Cincy and Denver. After that it gets rough with Steelers twice,Titans,Saints,Panthers then a BYE. After the bye they have more rough ones Raiders,Falcons,Chiefs,Chargers, etc. Also for the first time in years the Browns games aren't gimmes anymore for the rest of the division to feast on. Bovada/Vegas has the Ravens winning around 8 games and until they show otherwise .500 sounds right for the Ravens.
KingRevolver
Yeah, 6-8 wins. Nothing more, nothing less. The two Cleveland games are easy peasy wins. LOL I did like their first-round TE pick. And Jackson is at Flacco's heels...
Sol Aristatel
Talked to a coach who was a defensive position coach at Hamilton HS when Terrell Suggs played there. In addition to a stud defensive player, he was also an all-state running back. Man child. He committed to ASU around the time I was talking to him. I asked him how he felt Suggs would do at ASU. He said, "He will be a big disappointment. Won't ever make it. Too lazy." An NFL HOF career later...
Machiavelli
Jackson is lighting up OTAs and such, correct? Thought I heard something about that. He prob doesn't get to take over until midseason or something but if he's the real deal, then their franchise will be better off with this being a down year and him getting some work/seasoning in. KingRevolver
I think he set a record there. Vaguely remember something like that... They used to (maybe still do) have Friday Night Football on Channel 3... and they'd go through every game.

The best show right now is Friday Night Fever on channel 12. Comes on right after Jimmy Fallon. It's with Bruce Cooper and it's pretty solid. They show a lot of games. Almost every local news station used to cover HS football well. I even have video of my senior year when we were in the state semifinals. Pretty cool having Kevin McCabe call a couple of my TD passes. Everything was cool about that except for the final score. I scored on a 10 yard option keeper to tie the game late in the 3rd quarter, 20-20. 1 quarter away from playing for the state championship... Then we got outscored 30-0 in the fourth.
